Apprenticeship as a Machine and Plant Operator(m/f/d)

Machine and plant operators are qualified specialists who set up and operate highly complex machines and systems. Before production begins, they plan workflows and prepare them accordingly.

If necessary, they equip or retool machines with components, adjust production processes, or operate the machines manually. They monitor production processes, control and oversee the flow of materials, and carry out quality assurance measures. If disruptions or errors occur during production, machine and plant operators identify them independently and resolve them, for example by repairing or replacing defective components.

Our apprentices work in our production halls and gain experience with various control and regulation technologies.

The apprenticeship lasts 2 years.

The next possible start date for the apprenticeship is August 1, 2026.
